We are a team of experienced staff here to assist you with every step of your Town & Country experience and are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

We will assist you in choosing an apartment to suit your needs in a location of your choice, arrange for a suitable time for you to check in and we will support you throughout your stay. We will also do our best to meet any requests you may have.

Meet The Team

  • Allan, our Managing Director, with over 20 years’ experience in the property market, set up Town and Country 15 years ago.

    His aim is to provide a unique guest experience in the serviced apartment industry, from arranging complimentary, luxury airport transfer on arrival, to providing the finest accommodation along with unparalleled levels of service.

  • Douglas (Doug) joined Town & Country in January 2014 and is a key member of our guest services team. He assists with all aspects of the business from working in the office, checking apartments ahead of guest arrival and often heads to the airport to meet guests in person.

    Doug is continually committed to always delivering a first class service to our clients.

  • Since joining Town and Country in 2014. Kathryn has worked in many roles within the company and is currently head of the reservations team. You will find her sending quotes to customers, processing bookings, organising guest transfers and finalising their arrival details.

  • Mary has been part of Town & Country for 12 years and is currently our housekeeping manager. As well as looking after our housekeeping team, you will find her out and about checking apartments, assisting our maintenance team, meeting guests and checking them into their apartments along with assisting with guest requests.

  • Hollie joined Town & Country in 2013 as part of the leasing team. Her experience and knowledge of the industry has made her a valuable team member. In 2020, Hollie made a seamless transition across to Serviced Apartments as head of the maintenance team where you will find her organising any required apartment repairs and coordinating works between contractors and in house guests. Hollie also spends her working day assisting with reservations and carrying out vital admin work.

  • Since joining the Town & Country team in 2014, Grant has played an important part in keeping our properties to a high standard. He is a painter/decorator to trade with over 50 years experience and is highly talented across all aspects of property maintenance. His attention to detail is exceptional.

  • Alison, is our in house interior designer and PA to our Managing Director Allan Cruickshank.

    Alison joined us in July 2013 after a prior career in Primary teaching.

    Her responsibilities include coordinating the refurbishment of our apartments and working closely with our team of professionals to ensure each apartment is decorated and furnished to the high Town & Country Standard. Seeing the transformation in the finished product and knowing that she has created a welcoming, comfortable environment where guests will feel at home is what Alison finds the most rewarding aspect of her role.

  • Kirsty began her Town & Country journey back in 2012 when she joined Allan to assist with the recently established business.

    Kirsty oversees the day to day running of the financial activities and can usually be found with her head buried in a spreadsheet.
